I'm Becky, a People Development leader focused on developing management capability, building leadership skills, and fostering a growth mindset throughout an organization.

I bring my experience from teaching, working in small, medium, and large companies, and building my own startup to my work--focusing on the human side of an organization. My background in arts education helps me to think outside the box and build and provide unique learning and development opportunities.
